i found the staff very friendly. the room was cooled well. the location is very close to the metro (it's about 400 meters away). there is a locked entry door and a 24/7 reception.
i found that towels were not changed until i asked twice.

cramped roomtowel changing
the room felt quite cramped. after i opened my luggage, there was barely any space to walk around. also, the changing of towels wasnt done until i requested it twice. i found this quite annoying since its a basic service.

The rooms and facilities were very clean. I found the staff to be lovely and cute. Several shops and restaurants were conveniently located nearby. It was a good location!
The room was too tiny, it made moving around difficult. There wasn't enough space for clothing or dresses. I did not like that towels were not changed until I asked twice.
